Full job description

We are seeking a Part Time experienced person to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in food preparation and kitchen experience to showcase their skills in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will help to roll out our NEW BREAKFAST MENU.

This position is ideal for those looking to develop their culinary expertise while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

Food reparation and cooking, adhering to established recipes and standards
Following food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and presentation of dishes
Serve food to customers providing excellent hospitality and customer service
Maintain organised workstations and stock levels, assisting with inventory management as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe, with a strong background iin breakfast production and kitchen operations
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Flexibility to work part-time hours, which will be a mix of 3 x days which will include Sundays.
