Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient needs
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to healthcare protocols
Assist with medical procedures and support doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use.
Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective action
Ensure the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the clinical environment at all times
Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with current nursing practices

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform effective nursing practices
Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, contraindications, and potential side effects
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure
Compassionate communication skills to provide reassurance and clear information to patients and their families
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality at all times
