Full job description

Company description

The South down Foot Clinic was established in 2015 and treats a wide range of patients from the elderly to children and athletes. It is dedicated to providing high quality chiropody and podiatry to all patients in a friendly relaxing environment

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm until 6pm and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Multitasking and time-management skills will be required with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Job Duties:

Greeting and welcoming patients when they attend their appointments
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Taking payments at the desk
Managing correspondence
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails
Invoicing
Filing
Managing website functions and social media
Use of web-based practice & patient management system software
Familiar with use of Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel
Familiar with use of practice management software
Sterilising and preparing instruments for the podiatrist

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
