Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and have the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and machinery to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake checks, and tyre rotations.
Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients or colleagues.
