Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to serve as the Personal Assistant to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to assist the Managing Director in achieving strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while honing your administrative expertise.

Role is hybrid involving some office based work and some remotely where suitable.

Potential to work additional hours as the company grows.

Duties

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director to optimize time management and productivity.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records.
Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Experience

Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office management or executive support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior clerical experience involving data entry, filing systems, and office procedures.
