Overview
With the take over of the Business and new Directors, we at Pathfinder Homes are growing and now looking to take on Boarders / Dry liners.

PAYE & Sub-contractors base.

We are seeking a number of skilled and detail-oriented Boarders / Dry liners to join our team.

The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Ensure all work is completed to client specifications and company standards.
Interpret technical drawings, and specifications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
Identify and resolve surface imperfections before painting.
Ensuring quality standards are achieved and accountability for signing QC books.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
Proficiency in Boarding & jointing techniques, including preparation, application, and finishing.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Experience / Certification

3 years min Experienced

Pay: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
