Trainee Service Advisor – Mallusk

Interested in starting a career in customer service with a premium brand?

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy and friendly front-of-house Service Team in Mallusk.

Our team is proud to have been awarded Customer Service Team of the Year for two consecutive years by Mercedes-Benz Vans.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing support and guidance throughout the vehicle repair process.

Contract/Hours

1-year fixed-term contract (with review upon completion)
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
Saturdays: 1 in 4 rota (08:00 – 14:00), paid at time and a half with the opportunity for additional once competent to do so

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, making a strong and positive impression
Prepare and plan vehicle bookings efficiently
Handle customer enquiries via face-to-face, telephone, and email
Provide clear explanations of required services, including costs and timeframes
Maintain high standards of communication throughout the customer journey
Prepare job packs via the eWIP system, including recall checks and updating Truckfile
Liaise and build rapport across all internal departments
Support internal and external audits to maintain dealership standards
Stay up to date with products, services, and industry developments

Essential Criteria

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Willingness and ability to drive vehicles on the dealership site
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident and professional manner
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
