We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.

Available Role: Lincoln LN4

Client: Supporting a male adult with Cerebral Palsy who is a wheelchair user.Hours: 8:30 PM- 8:00AMPay: £12.71 – £14.29 per hour

Please Note: We currently don't offer sponsorship.

About The Role

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Moving & handling and repositioning
Personal care and daily living support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Community access (client has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle – drivers essential)
Companionship and emotional support

Duties include:

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate care documentation
Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For

✔ Caring nature and genuine desire to help others

✔ 6+ months care experience (essential)

✔ Knowledge of epilepsy & challenging behaviour (preferred)

✔ A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach

✔ Strong verbal and written English skills

✔ Ability to work both independently and within a team

✔ Basic IT skills for completing documentation

✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
