Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Staff to join our team during peak periods. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality and food service industry, working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction. The position involves supporting various operational tasks within our restaurant or hospitality setting, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Applicants will be paid for their work and will play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces
Support with stock replenishment and inventory management
Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment
Assist in setting up dining areas for service, including table arrangements and decorations as required
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends or holidays if required
