Full job description

IMMEDIATE START

Location: Hammersmith

Hours: 40 a week (6 days a week).

Shift:
Monday to Friday: From 07:00 to 15:00 (1 hour unpaid break).
Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.

Rate:
Employees: £13.00 per hour
Self-employed: £13.50 per hour

Job Specification (duties include but are not limited to):

Internal:

Collect and dispose of any free newspapers, advertisements, and unsolicited mail from communal areas.
Wipe down and disinfect all light switches, door handles and letterboxes.
Clean and sanitise the intercom system, focusing on buttons and touch screens.
Thoroughly sanitise all door handles, including entry and exit points.
Clean and disinfect push plates on doors.
Clean and disinfect all handrails and bannisters in communal areas.
Perform spot cleaning on communal doors to remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks.
Spot cleaning of internal glazing (windows).
Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and other areas within reach.
Clean the interior and exterior of lifts, including walls, floors, and control panels.
Vacuum carpets and other internal flooring to remove dirt and debris.
Mop hard floors ensuring they are clean and free of streaks.

External:

Remove any cobwebs from corners, ceilings, and around the door frame.
Sweep the entrance the stairs. Rinse on hot days.
Collect and dispose of litter from the car park and communal garden areas, ensuring these spaces are clean and tidy.
Disinfect the bins area to neutralise any unpleasant odours.
Identify and report any large or hazardous items found in the bins area

Must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must meet eligibility to work.
- Must speak English.
- Must have experience (1 year).
