Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests while delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that every customer has a memorable experience. Responsibilities

Serve beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards
Take orders from customers, providing friendly recommendations and engaging with guests to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol licensing laws
Restock bar supplies as needed, managing inventory levels effectively throughout your shift
Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining transparency and accountability
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for billing and inventory purposes
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Familiarity with restaurant or bar operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role
