Summary

We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Suzanne Wilson Hair & Beauty in Billingham. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily salon operations, ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients while supporting our talented stylists.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
Ensure a welcoming environment for all customers and address their needs promptly.
Assist in managing salon inventory and supplies to maintain smooth operations..
Implement upselling strategies to enhance service offerings and increase sales.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Some day to day marketing activities

Requirements

Proven experience in a salon or beauty industry role, preferably in management or coordination.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Organisational skills to manage appointments and salon operations efficiently.
Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
Basic knowledge of hairdressing services is beneficial but not mandatory.
Good computer skills
