Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Residential Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and ensuring a smooth negotiation process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to develop their career within the property sector. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable properties, and guiding them through the sales journey with professionalism and integrity. The position will involve regular weekend working

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for properties.
Follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and assist with further steps in the sales process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements during transactions.

Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently.
Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous but not essential; This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in property sales within a supportive environment that values professionalism, organisation, and excellent client service.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and use of a car

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
