We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our existing friendly team immediately!
As an Activities Co-ordinator you will:

Play a key role in delivering the provision of activities, focussing on functional daily living skills whilst reducing risk issues.

Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising of meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.

Monitor resident’s progress, assessing residents’ function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.

Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.

Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.
