Overview

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Complex Care Registered Nurse, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to utilize your advanced nursing skills, deep understanding of human anatomy, and medication administration expertise to improve patient outcomes. Duties

Provide expert nursing care tailored to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Conduct thorough assessments of patient health status, including detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Administer medications accurately according to prescribed protocols, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and families
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication use, and health maintenance strategies
Monitor vital signs and clinical indicators regularly, adjusting care as needed to optimize health outcomes
Document all patient interactions meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Experience in Tracheostomy care
Experience in PEG feeding

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities
Proven experience in caring for patients with complex or chronic health conditions
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making
Expertise in medication administration, including IV therapy and advanced pharmacology principles
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and respond swiftly to changing clinical situations
Compassionate approach combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and patient advocacy
