Responsibilities:

As a Registered General Nurse at High Pastures Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clinical care and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Monitoring and assessing the health and well-being of residents.
Offering emotional support to residents and their families.
Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence.
Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date records.
Overseeing and leading a team of healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual who embodies the values of compassion, reliability, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and qualities:

Previous experience in a care home environment is preferred.
Demonstrates a naturally caring and empathetic attitude towards residents.
Displays honesty and reliability in all aspects of work.
Works effectively within a team and can confidently take on leadership responsibilities when required.
Holds a valid NMC pin, maintaining professional registration.
Exhibits a high level of competency in nursing skills and practices.
