Purpose of the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Reward Manager to join our UK&I Reward team and play a pivotal role in shaping our reward agenda across Northern Europe.

In this role, you'll partner with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to provide expert reward advice, influence strategic decision-making, and ensure our reward programmes are competitive, equitable and aligned to business goals. As a trusted advisor, you'll bring deep reward expertise, helping to drive best practice across compensation, benefits, policies and governance while supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Skills & Experience

Translate global and regional reward strategies into locally relevant programmes across UK&I.
Review compensation recommendations and provide commercially balanced, data-led advice.
Lead participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking, using insights to inform salary structures, reward frameworks and pay decisions.
Own the UK&I Gender Pay Gap reporting programme and support broader pay equity and emerging pay transparency initiatives.
Lead strategic benefits projects, partner with vendors and resolve complex benefits matters to enhance the employee experience.
Own and oversee the annual salary and bonus review cycles for the UK&I market.
Act as the reward subject matter expert for executive incentive programmes, salary structures, job architecture, acquisitions, integrations and organisational transformation.
Manage complex reward projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
Engage proactively with HR teams, business leaders and senior executives to strengthen understanding and adoption of reward programmes.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong reward and/or benefits experience gained within a medium-to-large organisation, including managing complex projects and working with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary surveys, market data, job evaluation methodologies and reward governance.
Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels and create executive-level presentations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems such as Workday and benefits platforms such as Darwin is advantageous.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and delivery focused, with the integrity, judgement and adaptability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
You will bring a genuine interest in reward trends, market practices and emerging legislation, alongside a commitment to creating fair, inclusive and impactful reward solutions.
