Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team to cover maternity leave. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, providing vital support to our staff and management. Prior office experience and strong computer skills are essential for this position, along with excellent organisational abilities and professional phone etiquette. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative expertise within a dynamic organisation.

Duties

Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Help with Company events, ordering, organising, tickets, etc
Marketing and updating website
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organised records using Microsoft Office, Google
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Support payroll/invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
Handle incoming mail and email correspondence efficiently
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Demonstrated phone etiquette with professional communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities are essential for success in this role
