Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Completion of our internal sales reporting document for senior management.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
Support the month-end closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary documentation.
Assist with annual stock take requirements across our brands.
Turnover reconciliations across group companies on a weekly basis.
Perform general administrative duties related as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is advantageous but not necessary
Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
