What you’ll be doing

The Business Support unit is responsible for delivering the administration of the school. This function delivers administrative and organisational processes within the school, always maintaining confidentiality.

Reception and visitor management
Event and trip support
Pupil and staff support
Medical and welfare support
Communication and marketing
Compliance and confidentiality

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role

Good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience
Sound administrative experience
Experience of dealing with stakeholder and customers with empathy
A clear understanding of data protection and GDPR in an educational setting
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to manage workloads, delegating as appropriate
A genuine passion for girls' education and a commitment to putting our girls first in all aspects of our work
A robust awareness of keeping children safe, noticing safeguarding and welfare concerns, and understanding how and when to take appropriate action
Calm and professional under pressure, with an ability to demonstrate sound judgement
