Full job description

Join Our Coffee & Sandwich Bar Team

Barista / Team Member
Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

We’re looking for a friendly, cheerful, and hard-working person to join our team.

No experience is needed — full training will be provided. We’ll teach you everything from making great coffee, including Americanos and Frappuccinos, to preparing fresh sandwiches and lunches to a high standard.

We’re especially looking for someone who can work during the week, with occasional weekend availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing hot and cold drinks
Making sandwiches and lunch items
Serving customers with a friendly attitude
Handling cash and payments
Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well presented
Supporting with closing and clean-down duties

What We’re Looking For

Positive and confident communication
A team player who can also use their initiative
Ability to work well under pressure
Good attention to quality and customer service
Reliable and able to follow instructions

Hours

Part-time: 16–26 hours per week
Full-time: 26–35 hours per week

Applicants must be fully flexible on weekdays from 6:30am to 4:30pm, as shifts cover morning through lunchtime service.

Experience

Experience is welcome but not essential. The following would be an advantage:

Barista experience
Serving/customer service experience
Food preparation skills
Food safety knowledge
Basic maths skills
Good time management
