Full job description

Linkforce is seeking a Contract Dumper Driver to join our client's team based in Bristol, England. This role involves operating dumpers safely and efficiently across various construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and dumping materials such as gravel, soil, and other aggregates, supporting the overall progress of ongoing projects. The role requires a proactive approach to site safety and teamwork, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of operational safety and accuracy.

Proven experience as a Dumper Driver or Roller Driver on construction sites
Valid CPCS/NPORS ticket for Dumper operation
Good knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
Ability to operate dumpers efficiently and with precision
Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor conditions
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred
