As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a driven, target‑focused Sales Professional to join our team.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a target‑driven sales environment, builds strong client relationships and takes full ownership of their pipeline. You will manage new and existing enquiries, conduct consultations, present solutions and convert opportunities into confirmed projects. Your performance will directly contribute to the commercial growth of Posh Design.

You will be supported by a collaborative team and a company committed to investing in people, technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation — Source new business through inbound enquiries, referrals, networking, social media and local outreach.
Pipeline management — Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up and progression of opportunities.
Client consultations — Conduct professional, design‑led consultations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Closing deals — Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects through confident negotiation and relationship‑building.
Target achievement — Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM accuracy — Maintain accurate CRM records, including follow‑ups, pipeline status and client notes.
Cross‑team collaboration — Work closely with design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Market awareness — Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and local market opportunities.
Upselling and cross‑selling — Increase project value through upgrades, complementary products and premium finishes.
Client relationship management — Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Professional presentation — Present design concepts, product features and proposals confidently.
Aftercare follow‑up — Maintain contact post‑installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Proven experience in sales (interiors, home improvement, property or design preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target‑driven mindset with a focus on results
Ability to manage a pipeline independently
Confidence presenting premium products and solutions
