Are you a customer focused Patient Coordinator with a wealth of experience?

This role suits a candidate who is used to working in a fast-paced environment within a fantastic team that consists of long standing team members. Multi-tasking will be key as you will also assist with the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Patient Coordinator to join our busy clinic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us. This is a front-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing front-of-house responsibilities, handling patient enquiries, and supporting clinicians where required.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising directly with patients both in person and over the phone
Managing front-of-house reception duties and maintaining a welcoming environment
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries efficiently and professionally
Coordinating appointments, bookings, and patient communications
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
Using initiative to resolve issues and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
Chaperoning during doctor consultations and treatments for both male and female patients where required
Providing excellent customer service and always ensuring a positive patient experience
Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed

Skills & Experience

Essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and compassionate manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Confident using initiative and working independently
Competent with emails, telephone systems, and general administration

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous sales or customer service experience
Experience within a healthcare, medical, or clinical environment
Nursing background or experience assisting doctors/clinicians
Experience working in reception or patient-facing roles

Monday 9.45am-6.15pm
Tuesday 12pm-8.15pm
Wednesday 9.45am-8.15pm

Friday 9.45am-4.15pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
