Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telecommunication to schedule appointments that support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and ideally speak Spanish. Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales skills within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team
Manage and update client information within CRM systems like Salesforce or other CRM software
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure accurate recording of interactions
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all communications, ensuring a positive customer experience
Follow up with potential clients as necessary to confirm appointments and gather additional information
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise appointment scheduling strategies and improve outreach effectiveness

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is advantageous
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques
