The Role:
We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting out or already progressing through an apprenticeship, we’re happy to support your development—especially if you're looking for a fresh opportunity to align your training with a passion for renewable technologies. We work closely with training providers to ensure a smooth transition and continued progress toward your qualification.
You’ll gain experience working on projects ranging from solar PV and EV charging to battery storage and energy-efficient upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Support work on renewable technologies such as solar panels and EV charging units
- Follow site and workshop health and safety protocols
- Learn to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
- Work alongside qualified electricians to develop your technical skills
- Attend college or training sessions as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm for electrical work and renewable energy
- Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship or keen to begin one
- A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
- Awareness of safety protocols and best practices
- UK driving licence (preferred)
