Full job description

Role: Medical Receptionist

Location: West Suite Ground Floor, Discovery House, 4 Norwich Business Park, Whiting Road, Norwich, NR4 6DJ

This role will be based within our Norwich Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £25,000 per year

Responsibilities:

We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
You will register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
Effective with all administration tasks
Providing excellent customer care to all our patients
