We are looking for a People and Culture Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture team across the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and up-to-date people records, smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and effective coordination of training and development activity.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will help ensure a positive, professional, and well-organised employee experience across the business. The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

What you will be doing for us:

Maintain accurate HR records and employee data across systems and personnel files, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence updates, and payroll inputs
Produce, issue, and securely store HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates
Support audits, reporting, and maintain high standards of HR data accuracy and integrity
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, checks, inductions, and system access
Support recruitment activity including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
Administer training and development activities, including bookings, attendance tracking, and maintaining training records
Provide general administrative and first-line support to the People & Culture team, including HR projects and process improvements

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (or strong transferable administrative experience)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using systems
Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
Desirable: Experience in transport, property, facilities, CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
