What You’ll Be Doing

- Taking ownership of your area and making every shift run smoothly
- Creating brilliant guest experiences through pace, care, and consistency
- Working closely with your team to deliver high standards every day
- Supporting, coaching, and developing those around you
- Being hands-on and leading from the front when needed
- Keeping standards high across service, food, or operations (role dependent)
- Helping build a positive, motivated team culture
- Using feedback and insight to keep improving what we do
- Playing your part in driving performance, sales, or efficiency (role dependent)
