As a Hire Desk Controller, you’ll be looking at ways to go the extra mile so that you exceed our customer’s needs on each and every delivery and any time that they enter our brand new Daybrook Shop.

Hours of Work: 47.16 Hours Monday- Friday (9 hours shift between 07:00 and 17:00 with 1 Hour unpaid break) & 25 Saturdays 07:30 - 12:00

What you'll need:

- Knowledge of Hire Equipment (Essential)

- Previous experience using Hire software (Preferred)

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role and working in a fast-paced commercial environment (Essential)

- Hold a full manual Driving Licence. (Preferred)

What you'll be doing:

- Counter hire/sales and customer service.

- Handling and manoeuvring heavy/bulky hire equipment

- Pre-hire checks and documenting hire equipment.

- Basic off-hire checks and testing
