Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Evening Concierge to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors during evening hours 15:30 to 00:30 ( half past midnight)The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout the evening shift
Manage guest requests and enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Conduct accurate data entry related to guest information, and other administrative tasks
Utilise multilingual skills to assist diverse guests effectively
Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette when handling calls and messages
Carry out Building walks to maintain security of building
Check bin rooms and swap bins over
carry out pool testing of chemicals ( training will be provided )
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming.
collect meter readings once a week

Experience

Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele
Ability to analyse situations quickly and offer effective solutions
Previous experience in hospitality or concierge services will be considered an asset
