Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care within our facility, ensuring that all residents receive the support they need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home settings You will work closely with the management team to foster a positive environment for both staff and residents.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care. And to provide Clinical oversight and Clinical supervision for the nurse team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
Provide training and mentorship to staff, promoting professional development and adherence to care protocols.
Engage with residents and their families, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience within the facility.
Monitor the health and wellbeing of all residents living at Kingsthorpe View.
Participate in case management activities, coordinating care for individuals with complex needs.

Skills

Proven experience in nursing homes.
Strong team management skills with a focus on collaboration and support.
Experience working with adults.
Knowledge of anatomy and patient care principles.
Familiarity with dementia care practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
Proficient in medication administration protocols.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we provide a service for by providing compassionate and professional care.

Pay: £22.00 per hour
