An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fostering Panel Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in administering the Fostering Panels for Nottinghamshire, Nottingham City, Derbyshire, and Derby City Councils. Your responsibilities will include setting up virtual panels via Microsoft Teams, managing invites, preparing panel materials, and recording and distributing outputs. This role is essential in ensuring our panels run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Fostering Panel Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Setting up and managing virtual panels on Microsoft Teams.
Sending out invites and preparing necessary documentation.
Administering attendance and recording minutes during panels.
Updating corporate databases with accurate information.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Proven administrative experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
A solid understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
Experience in using electronic recording systems.
