We are looking for a part-time Paralegal (Family and Civil) to join our Justice Team on a fixed termbasis.

You will provide support to the family and civil litigation solicitor on a range of private paying family and civil litigation cases, including (but not limited to) client appointments, drafting documents, and letter writing. You will also develop your own supervised caseload.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
- Can complete tasks to the highest quality
- Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
- provide essential administrative and paralegal support to fee earning, assisting with a varied caseload of family & civil law matters
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
- Support Family solicitor with a varied caseload of family law matters
- Provide legal and procedural support through telephone, face-to-face and email contact
- Draft and prepare court documents, applications, statements, correspondence, instructions to Counsel, and hearing bundles as directed.
- Undertake legal and factual research, review case papers and histories, and assist in identifying the most appropriate next steps in each matter.
- Hold a caseload with the support and supervisor of the Family solicitor
