We currently have exciting opportunities for HR Admin to join the HR team in Flixton - Bungay

The hours of work and shift patterns are:

Mon - Friday 8am-16.30

The rates of pay are: £13.59ph

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with various administrative tasks

Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

Ideal Candidate:

Requirements and skills

Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Package Description:

Immediate starts

Hours of work: 8am-16.30- Monday to Friday

Pay rates: £13.59
