Overview

Your expertise in skincare, massage, and makeup application will be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. Duties

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, Manicures and Pedicures
Provide personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable services and products
Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest inquiries professionally
Assist guests with makeup application for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring flawless results
Communicate effectively with guests to explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in massage therapy, skincare, or related beauty treatments; certification needed
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests
Excellent communication skills in English; able to clearly explain treatments and listen attentively
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Passionate about wellness, beauty, and helping others feel their best
