Full job description

Springmount Dental & Implants are looking for a commercially-minded Social Media Manager to join our team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply enjoys making videos for social media. We're looking for someone who understands how great content fits into a wider marketing strategy and knows how to create campaigns that generate enquiries, build trust and ultimately grow a business.

You'll spend two full days each week on-site, working as part of our team across our luxury private practices in Matlock and Chesterfield. This means you'll be immersed in the day-to-day running of the practice - building relationships with clinicians, nurses and patients, reviewing the clinical diary to identify opportunities for content, planning shoots and capturing authentic stories that support our marketing objectives.

You'll have the freedom to be creative, but every piece of content should have a purpose. Whether that's educating patients, showcasing life-changing treatment outcomes or supporting paid advertising campaigns, your work should help turn attention into enquiries.

What you'll be doing

Working on-site two full days each week across our Matlock and Chesterfield practices.
Becoming an integral part of the team and understanding how the practice operates.
Reviewing the clinical diary to identify opportunities for patient stories, smile transformations, educational content and behind-the-scenes footage.
Planning, creating and managing a strategic content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Capturing professional photography and videography throughout both practices.
Producing high-quality content that supports both organic social media growth and paid advertising campaigns.
Working closely with clinicians to showcase cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics and general dentistry.
Collaborating with our Business Development Manager and external marketing partners to ensure content aligns with wider business objectives.
Analysing content performance and continually refining strategy to improve engagement, enquiries and return on investment.
Protecting and strengthening the Springmount brand across every platform.

We're looking for someone who...

Thinks strategically rather than simply creating content for content's sake.
Understands how organic content, paid advertising and lead generation work together.
Can identify opportunities, plan campaigns and execute them independently.
Is confident building relationships with clinicians, patients and the wider team.
Has excellent photography, videography and editing skills.
Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Is confident working independently while collaborating closely with others.
Wants to become part of a growing business rather than working remotely from a content plan.
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own transport.

Desirable experience

Managing Meta Business Suite and other scheduling platforms.
Creating content specifically designed for paid advertising.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar software.
Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality or another premium service industry.
Understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
