Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Night Porter to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and reliable support during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and able to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests arriving during night hours and assist with check-in or check-out procedures as needed.
Monitor the property’s security systems and perform regular patrols to ensure safety and security throughout the premises.
Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing excellent guest services with a friendly attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobby, corridors, and staff stations.
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about hotel services or directing calls appropriately.
Assist with administrative tasks such as logging incidents or maintaining night shift reports.
Support other team members during overnight shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent guest service skills are essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations helps ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Ability to stay alert, organized, and proactive during overnight hours.
Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members from various backgrounds.
