Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Micro Digger Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will operate mini excavators to assist with various construction and landscaping projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, experience with excavators, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to utilise their specialised skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Operate micro diggers safely and accurately ensuring precise excavation work.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with digging trenches, foundations, and other excavation tasks as required.
Transport equipment and materials using adhering to all safety regulations.
Follow project plans and instructions
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating micro diggers or similar small-scale excavators.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to maintaining and troubleshooting excavation machinery.
Valid driving licence suitable for operating commercial vehicles.
Knowledge of health and safety
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and safety protocols. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with technical expertise in excavation equipment and a commitment to safe working practices.

Pay: £90.00-£180.00 per day
