Junior Operations Manager – Birmingham City Centre

£30,000 – £32,000 per year | Full Time Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Limegreen Marketing is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our Birmingham team. This is a role built for someone who wants genuine responsibility, not just another job title. You'll be working alongside senior management to help run the business day to day, supporting operational planning, client delivery, team coordination and performance tracking across multiple areas of the company.

Limegreen Marketing is a growing Birmingham based business focused on client service delivery, marketing campaigns and operational excellence. We work with clients across the UK and our internal team is expanding to support that growth.

The Junior Operations Manager role has been created to provide support to senior managers across a range of operational and business functions. You won't be sitting in the background. You'll be contributing to meetings, tracking performance, coordinating team activity, supporting client communication and helping solve problems as they arise. It's a role that requires someone reliable, sharp and willing to step up when needed.

Where You Will Make an Impact

You'll be involved in areas including:

Daily business operations and workflow coordination
Supporting senior managers with planning and decision making
Team communication and scheduling
Client project coordination and delivery tracking
Performance reporting and data analysis
Internal systems, processes and documentation
Staff onboarding and training coordination
Event preparation, logistics and business travel support
Supplier and partner communication where relevant
Problem solving across departments
Campaign planning and resource allocation support

Your Main Responsibilities

Assist senior managers with operational planning and business coordination
Support the smooth running of day to day operations across the company
Track team performance, client deadlines and project delivery
Coordinate internal communication between departments and team members
Attend senior management meetings and contribute where appropriate
Maintain internal systems, schedules and documentation
Help prepare reports, presentations and performance updates
Support client communication and ensure high service standards
Coordinate preparation for events, business travel and external meetings
Assist with staff onboarding, training schedules and team support
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to working processes
Liaise with suppliers, partners or external contacts as required
Manage administration related to operations, planning and resource allocation
Respond to urgent or changing business needs with professionalism and flexibility
