Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components using hand tools and power tools according to specified instructions.
Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with company standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation to promote safety and efficiency
Follow health and safety procedures at all times during assembly activities
Report any defects or issues encountered during assembly to supervisors promptly

Experience

Prior experience in assembly environments is essential. Must be able to use a rivet gun and drills.
Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding product components and assembly processes
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Familiarity with assembly procedures and techniques is beneficial
Previous warehouse experience can be an asset but is not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential

This role provides an engaging working environment where attention to detail and manual dexterity are valued. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and eager to contribute to a team focused on producing high-quality products efficiently.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
