Job Summary

Anne-Laure Boselli Luxury Fashion & Creative Studio Ltd is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Senior Luxury Fashion Manager to lead luxury fashion operations, brand presentation, client experience, collection delivery, and business growth in Manchester.

This senior role is suited to an experienced fashion professional with a strong understanding of premium retail, designer collections, visual merchandising, creative production, and high-value client relationships. The successful candidate will work across creative, commercial, operational, and customer-facing functions to deliver a distinctive and consistently high-quality luxury brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day luxury fashion, boutique, studio, and client-service operations
Translate the company’s creative direction into commercially effective collections, campaigns, and customer experiences
Oversee seasonal collection planning, product launches, fittings, presentations, and private client appointments
Manage luxury apparel, accessories, bespoke orders, samples, and limited-edition product categories
Develop sales, clienteling, and retention strategies for high-value and repeat customers
Build strong relationships with private clients, stylists, buyers, creative partners, and industry contacts
Maintain exceptional standards of customer care, discretion, personalisation, and after-sales service
Coordinate designers, makers, suppliers, photographers, stylists, models, and other creative professionals
Manage production schedules, supplier lead times, order fulfilment, alterations, quality checks, and final delivery
Review sales performance, margins, stock movement, customer preferences, and seasonal demand
Establish pricing, inventory, purchasing, and promotional plans in collaboration with senior leadership
Ensure visual merchandising, studio presentation, packaging, and digital content remain consistent with the brand identity
Support fashion shoots, lookbooks, exhibitions, events, trunk shows, and collection presentations
Identify opportunities for wholesale, collaborations, e-commerce, international clients, and strategic partnerships
Monitor operational budgets, project costs, supplier performance, and commercial targets
Lead, coach, and develop boutique, studio, client-service, merchandising, and operations team members
Maintain awareness of luxury fashion trends, customer expectations, competitor activity, and emerging creative opportunities

Requirements

Significant experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, designer brands, fashion operations, or creative studio management
Previous responsibility for managing teams, collections, high-value clients, or luxury retail performance
Strong understanding of luxury customer service, clienteling, product presentation, and brand management
Experience coordinating fashion production, sourcing, fittings, alterations, merchandising, or collection launches
Excellent commercial judgement with experience monitoring sales, margins, costs, stock, and performance indicators
Strong creative awareness and the ability to protect and communicate a distinctive brand identity
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Professional confidence when working with private clients, designers, suppliers, buyers, and creative partners
Strong organisational and project-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple collections and deadlines
Knowledge of luxury apparel, textiles, garment construction, accessories, or bespoke services would be advantageous
Experience using retail, inventory, CRM, e-commerce, or order-management systems is desirable
Degree or professional qualification in Fashion Management, Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Business, Retail Management, Design, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered
