We’re expanding our team and looking for confident, ambitious, people-focused individuals who want more than just another sales role — no fundraising experience required. Full training and one-to-one mentoring are provided from day one.

How You’re Rewarded

This is an independent contractor role in which your earnings are generated entirely from the results you deliver. There is no fixed salary or base pay. Your income is tied directly to the outcomes you achieve, which means what you earn is genuinely in your own hands and is not limited the way a salaried role would be.

To be completely clear, so there’s no ambiguity going in: you are rewarded for performance, not for time; there is no basic wage sitting underneath it. What that structure gives you in return is flexibility, the advantages of independent professional status, and earning potential that scales directly with your results rather than being fixed by a pay grade.

High-performing team members who progress into senior-level management can realistically expect substantial increases over time, with top performers potentially reaching the equivalent of £60,000+ per year within approximately 3 to 4 years.

What You’ll Be Doing

Representing Globexpert at luxury fundraising events nationwide
Supporting clients and guests during prestigious charity evenings
Building strong professional relationships with charities, sponsors, venues, and attendees
Assisting with fundraising activities, silent auctions, raffles, and guest engagement
Helping deliver exceptional event experiences
Working both remotely and from our Towcester headquarters for ongoing mentoring and development
Growing into a future leadership or senior management role
