Full job description

If you take pride in doing the basics brilliantly—listening well, paying attention to the details, following up and following through – then this may be the perfect position for you. Take ownership of every case, stay well organised and communicate effectively to keep cases moving and delivered on time to every customer in this busy and rewarding role.

Summary
You’re the first point of contact and the organiser who keeps cases moving. You’ll answer enquiries, guide clients through our process, and keep records accurate so every case progresses on time.

What you’ll do

Handle client enquiries promptly and set clear next steps
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in our systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to remove blockers
Provide proactive updates so clients always know where things stand
Prepare and send correspondence and short reports
Triage issues, gather the facts, and drive timely, well-documented resolutions
Follow company procedures, including data protection and regulatory requirements

About You
A clear communicator, organised, reliable, excellent attention to detail and a problem solver.

Essential requirements

GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C in English and Maths
Experience in customer service and/or administration
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident with Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new software
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritise
Discretion with confidential information

Desirable
Familiarity with dentistry
