Duties

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites or industrial projects, ensuring timely completion
Manage electrical teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to optimize productivity
Review project plans and schedules
Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

Skills

Proven management experience supervising electrical teams in construction or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and best practices
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning purposes
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills for clear coordination with team members and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
