Office Administrator (Part‑Time – 3 Days per Week)

Location: Omagh Company: Norwest Roofing Ltd (Part of the FNW Group)

About the Role

Norwest Roofing Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Part‑Time Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy office in Omagh. Working 3 days per week, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
Respond to emails and manage general correspondence
Provide customer support, including logging queries and directing them to the appropriate
Carry out general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Assist with scheduling, job bookings, and coordinating with roofing teams
Support basic administrative tasks for the FNW Group as required
Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and welcoming

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be desirable
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach

Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Comfortable dealing with customers and resolving queries
Ability to work independently on quieter days

Working Hours

Part‑time: 3 days per week
Hours can be agreed based on business needs and candidate availability
