Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally.
Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management.
Engage with guests to create a lively yet responsible atmosphere while ensuring compliance with licensing laws.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent serving skills combined with good organisational abilities.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
Good communication skills with a friendly demeanour that enhances guest experience.
A responsible attitude towards alcohol consumption and guest safety.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. This role offers an engaging environment for those passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while developing their professional skills within a supportive team.

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
