Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Experienced Waiting on Specialist! Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using efficient order-taking techniques.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation and service.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Manage guest interactions professionally, addressing questions, special requests, or concerns with enthusiasm.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Experience with serving techniques, guest services, and upselling strategies.
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory counts.
Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
