We are looking to recruit a Senior Architect with experience on listed buildings to join a mid-sized AJ100 practice with a real focus on staff well being and a healthy work-life balance. Our client will train the successful candidate in Revit if required.

The Company

Our client are mid-sized (50 people) AJ100 practice in Central London who are specialist in mid-large scale mixed-use buildings.

They have a great reputation for looking after their staff. Staff turnover is low, overtime is rare and progression/promotions are common.

Over 80% of their projects are in Revit (20% in AutoCAD) as the practice moves to Revit on all projects. They train their staff in Revit so prior Revit experience is not required.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a conservation architect to move away from a purely conservation/heritage architecture role, or for a Senior architect with experience working on listed buildings to take on a role where you can learn Revit and see promotion to associate within the next 1-2 years.

The Requirements:

Qualified architect (ARB)
Experience using AutoCAD or Revit (willing to be trained in Revit)
Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs
Conservation architecture experience not required but experience working on listed buildings or buildings in contextually sensitive areas is required
An interest in working on mid-large scale projects

Salary and Package

Salary of £48,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
2 days per week working from home and flexible working hours
35 hour work week
