Job Overview
I am seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills within a dynamic company with all training provided. .

Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Preparing work areas by cleaning and organising tools and supplies
Supporting tradespeople and other team members in daily tasks
Moving, lifting, and positioning materials as required
Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
Adhering to company policies and procedures during all activities
Assisting with site maintenance and general labouring tasks as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects safely
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required

This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a busy operational environment while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
