About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting client campaigns, and helping to drive business growth through exceptional service and communication.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing professional and friendly customer support
Assisting customers with enquiries, products, and services
Building strong customer relationships and customer loyalty
Promoting products and services on behalf of clients
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
